If I could give Tim more than 5 stars, I would. The first time I spoke to Tim, he knew I was frustrated (and that's an understatement). I currently own a 2017 Armada Platinum and needed to replace it. I had a fairly serious accident and walked away with no injuries but shaken to the core. I knew I faired well from the accident because of God and the vehicle I was driving. I had to replace it and only an Armada would do. I was looking for a jewel and didn't want to settle for anything less. Tim had a big job in finding me what I wanted and he was 100% successful. What made this purchase worth looking outside of my hometown? The website is true with pricing. I didn't have to wonder what the "catch" or hidden fees were and Tim treated me as if I was the only person buying a vehicle. They also had options to choose from, Tim communicated very well and was honest in every step of the way. He was honest in saying let's come up with another option in case we don't come across your exact vehicle combination. My nonnegotiable was a bench seat in the middle and platinum edition. Exterior and interior colors were very important too! I'm less than 24 hours, he found my car and exactly what I wanted. I wasn't in town so we worked through it all via calls, texts and computer. Working with Amanda on the finance couldn't have been easier. She was so kind and explained every detail, answered questions and was available for questions even on her day off. My car was delivered to Chattanooga at the exact date and time I was told. Two of the most kind gentlemen delivered my car. They made me feel as if it was a privilege to deliver it but the privilege was all mine. They brought back security to driving. We got to surprise my son (12 years old) with it as they pulled in the driveway! It was so much fun to see the look on his face....he couldn't stop smiling. He loved our first Armada Platinum and said he couldn't wait to be old enough to take our new one over! I will never look anywhere else for my next Nissan both in dealership and in the person who helped me find my jewel. It was the best car buying experience and I will always recommend them! More
