Still not fixed. I was in two separate times for my suspension riding hard and my driver side window air noise. Neither times were they fixed. The first time they said I was in two separate times for my suspension riding hard and my driver side window air noise. Neither times were they fixed. The first time they said the ride meets their standards. The second time I brought it in I had someone ride with and they agreed it rode bad. They replaced the two rear shocks and they said the shackles were not original so they would order those and I have not heard back from them. The wind noise was not looked at the second time because of time restraint. I am not impressed with the ride of my Denali, my 2010 ltz ride way better. I just want it fixed More

Oil change on vehicle, scheduled through work. The service experience was very good. I filled out the paper work at my business and you picked it up and serviced in a timely fashion. My issue is that my wife stopped in at 8:30 AM to get an oil change. She did not have an appointment and knew this going in, but she had 2-3 hours and thought maybe it would work. She was told that without an appointment they could not change oil. There did not appear to be any communication of trying to schedule that day or any other time. She called me and I had here swap vehicles with me. As per first sentence it was done by noon. Now I do appreciate were I work getting excellent service it is greatly appreciated. Just saying the communication with my wife did not come across very well. Thanks More
