Tim is always very courteous and explains what has to be done on our autos very well. He always goes above and beyond what is expected of a service rep. As usual it probably helps to know a bit about your car to avoid service that might not be necessary. I do my own air and cabin filters - they may one of very few things an owner can do these days.
