What a pleasure having car serviced with pros like Tim Islip and Victor. These folks go out of the way to be sure the customer is satisfied. Also when you come in for service they greet you by your name Islip and Victor. These folks go out of the way to be sure the customer is satisfied. Also when you come in for service they greet you by your name and are friendly and courteous. They are not pushy and explain what the service is and about how long it will take and they keep you updated without having to chase them down. Thanks, Tom Kozak More

I bought a 2011 Honda fit sport (orange) in 2011 a little disappointed because the purple one was not made that year (love the car) from Homero.Great experience, I went in for regular maintenance this week ( disappointed because the purple one was not made that year (love the car) from Homero.Great experience, I went in for regular maintenance this week (just before the "big snow storm" }and decided to ask a salesman what my payment would be if I traded it in for a 2013 PURPLE (the color that caught my eye originally), Mehdi worked with me and turns out the answer was $2 more a month! I did it !I was thrilled. Tim took my service order for maintenance and was great! I had to "train" myself to be patient and wait for the "wrench" light for the oil change and was panicked because the first time I did, it came on the morning the day before the Storm! They took me that night and were able to appraise my car during the maintenance. Tim made an effort to congratulate me on the purchase and the sales department paid for the maintenance! Doesn't get much better than that! But it does! My other regret besides the color of my fit was that I had not put the "auto start" feature in so I decided to add that before I took the new car. All of the people I have dealt with at this Dealership have given me EXCELLENT service. Including the 'finance' guy from the original purchase (I tried to find his picture above but was not sure which one BUT I do remember that experience as favorable as well'. I can hardly wait to pick up my new fit when it arrives and I anticipate that experience to go just as well. PRIOR to Herb Chambers experience, I had found car salesmen to be rude,pushy,'shifty' and would not have even considered the dealership maintenance because they had ALL been just AWFULL on the first scheduled maintenance(I always tried to start at the dealership first for maintenance but never continued after 1st visit) NOT the case at THIS Herb Chambers. I am a 53 year old woman and this is the 8th car I have bought. this is also the 1st time I buy a 2nd car from the SAME dealership! More

I have been dealing with Herb Chambers of Seekonk for more years than I can count. Scott runs a spendid dealership. In the Service Department there is no one better than Tim Islip. He has been taking care of my Honda service needs for over 15 years. This is a true gentelman. Always extremely curteous, always willing to go out of his way to provide a pleasent experience every time I take my Honda for service. We were younger when we met, but Tim has always been the same. Always ready willing and able to make you feel important and feel like my business is important to the dealership. If when I go in he happens to be working, I go to no one else, even if he is busy with another customer. Scott is blessed to have such an employee in his service department. In the past 15 years, I have purchsed or leased 5 new vehicles from Herb Chambers Honda. David High has been my salesman for 2 of those purchases. From the beginning to the pickup of my new cars, David has been thorough and knowledgable. Able to address any questions or concerns I have had about the automobile. And even when I am stoppping in for service, David always remembers me, and stops by the waitng area to say Hello. In a world were customer service is hard to find, it is always available at Herb Chambers Honda. I am looking forward to a new Honda Accord in my future, with David High helping me out. And may I also say, that within the 15 years I have owned Honda's, I have always taken the cars to be serviced at the dealership and have always had a great experience, whether it was for routine maintenance, or the dreaded flat tire emergency. This is either the 2nd or 3rd lease through David High, and it Last month I signed my 4th consecutive lease with Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. This is either the 2nd or 3rd lease through David High, and it could not have gone smoother. David knew about my prior vehicles, my likes, dislikes, and preferences. So when David politely insisted that I take the time to test drive a certain vehicle as he did not think I would be happy with the vehicle, I chose not to even test drive it. This year I considered and test drove other vehicles (Toyota, VW and Ford) but returned "home" to David because of Honda, his product knowledge and desire to find a good fit for me. We discussed other vehicles in addition to those I test drove; David was frank yet very respectful of the "competition". He even went so far as to offer to refer me to individuals at other dealerships. If that doesn't display confidence in his product and "NO pressure" sales, I don't know what does. David has maintained contact with me after each delivery as well as several times throughout the lease period. I can't say enough about him and Herb Chambers Honda... All of my experiences at the dealership have been positive, so I must put in a good word for Scott Birtles (GM) and Tim Islip (Sr. Service Advisor) who always express genuine interest in me. More

I’m not one to write about the performance of a car dealership, either in their sales or service, but this past visit to Herb Chambers Honda, I experienced a level of professionalism I was inspired to dealership, either in their sales or service, but this past visit to Herb Chambers Honda, I experienced a level of professionalism I was inspired to share. I’ve always allowed Herb Chambers to perform routine service to my 2008 Civic Si, but when I went in to the dealership to have a standard oil change and maintenance check, without an appointment, I was asked if I had any coupons, I answered “No, this was unplanned and wasn’t able to print any”. The service writer proceeded to take out of his pocked and apply it my account. I said, “You don’t need to do that, it’s your own personal coupon for your car”. He said, “It’s all set, my wife has more for her car”. I thanked him for his generosity and professional he bestowed upon me for this simple act of kindness. I said “If the mechanic finds any problems, please correct them, you have my permission” He said that he would never perform any service without approval. I need to mention the service department was busy, and the waiting room was filled with customers (I counted 10) waiting for their service to be completed. I knew it was probably to be longer that the hour wait, but I figured I’d work on my laptop while I waited. Within the next hour, I was informed the car was complete and no other problems were evident and I was “all set”. Thank you Timothy M. Islip for your generosity, your professionalism, and your positive attitude you carried throughout your day. Herb Chambers is fortunate to have such an admirable employee representing their company.
