Funny, respectful, patient, informative, and not at all pushy (other than encouraging me to get all the information I needed before making a decision) -- Dave was the opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. I walked away with a good deal on a great car, some bonus incentives thrown in, and the promise to follow up with any needs that should arise. Tim in the finance department was also fantastic. He respected that I understood the numbers and knew what I was talking about, and also was willing to slow down and go over details as needed. We caught a discrepancy between two different sets of paperwork and he made sure that everything was rectified in my favor. I will be coming back the next time we need a car (though hopefully not for a long time -- this one is in great shape!) More

Sullivan gave me a complete out the door price over email, after 2 phone calls we made the deal. I showed up to pickup the vehicle - was in and out in less than an hour (signing paperwork and vehicle review/demonstration). More
