Straight-shooting and Honest This was my first experience with Dave Paolino and Sullivan Honda. Given that I live 30 miles away, I conducted this entire transaction over email, This was my first experience with Dave Paolino and Sullivan Honda. Given that I live 30 miles away, I conducted this entire transaction over email, on the phone , and via texting. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, for additional fees to be added, for the normal experience I have when dealing with a car dealership. I was amazed to find that everything went perfectly. Dave's initial offer beat the competition, he fairly assessed my trade-ins, he found the car that I was looking for, he was responsive, he was knowledgeable and he basically did everything he said he would. There was no haggling involved because Dave treated me like an intelligent knowledgeable customer, and he made offers commensurate with that sales strategy. I would certainly highly recommend Dave, Tim and the team at Sullivan to anyone I know who is interested in a Honda. Oh and BTW - I love my Clarity. I have driven 150 miles and have not used any gas. More

Amazing!!! I have yet to have such an amazing experience with a dealership. From beginning to end the staff was courteous, patient and truly unremarkable. They went out of their way to deliver my car all the way to my work in NJ although it was over 2 hours and they never go that far.They helped me with all my documents prior to delivery and made sure everything was smooth and set to go. Jessie who delivered my car was fantastic as well. He spent 15 minutes going over every last detail feature or question i had and made sure i knew everything about the car.
