I was contacted by Chris because I used TrueCar.com to find out how much other people are paying I purchased 2018 Accord 2.0T EXL from Sullivan Honda. Chris gave me great price (better than I was expecting) and located desired car quickly. The whole process of purchasing the car took only 3 business days. It required only one visit to dealership - to pick up the car. I didn't require test drive. I communicated with Chris only by phone and e-mail. He never put any pressure on me to buy additional accessories or services. Pick up of the car was flawless. I spend less than 1 hour @ dealership. Finance manager Tim was very helpful. Also, I was not left in the breeze when I left with my new car; I was told I can call about anything I need to know or couldn’t remember. He will be in touch with me to see how I’m doing with the new car to be sure I’m happy and comfortable. You can’t beat those guys at Sullivan Honda. Good crew.
