Best first-time buyer experience This was my first time buying a car on my own and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After submitting an interest form for the Honda I now This was my first time buying a car on my own and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After submitting an interest form for the Honda I now own, I was promptly responded to. Dave reached out and was great at responding quickly, answering questions, and was very flexible when making appointments. When I went in to test drive the Honda, Dave took the time to explain how to adjust the seat, turn the lights on, and made sure I was comfortable before I started driving. He allowed me to take a relatively long test drive, including a small portion on the highway, which was very helpful. He was polite and you can tell he is a genuine person and not just a salesman trying to make commission. When I decided to purchase the car, he made sure I understood all the paperwork and helped me finance directly through the dealership when my credit union wasn't approving my full loan request. The finance employee, Tim, was also very helpful and made sure I understood each and every form I was signing. Then, when I expected Dave to simply hand me the keys and say farewell, he went above and beyond to explain every button in the car and even helped me connect my phone to the bluetooth and taught me how to use the different in-car phone functions. I cannot thank Dave enough for making the experience so enjoyable, easy, and stress-free. More
