Unlike many other dealers that wanted to know what I was offered by the others, Dave and the folks at Sullivan gave me their best price, up front, no tricks or prying. Very personable and genuine! He took me for a test drive in the civic ex and civic ex turbo, and I decided on the regular ex. They never tried to up sell me, and I did not feel pressured at all. They answered all of my questions, in person, by email, and via text quickly and completely and helped me with the insurance process (first time new car buyer!). We spent maybe 15-20min with Tim on paperwork and financing which went as smoothly as possible. Dave gave me a thorough walthrough of the car (again). I got exactly what I wanted in a car and an 8yr bumper to bumper Honda warranty for a very fair price. Any dealer could have matched it I suppose, but I would have come back here anyway! Fantastic service, and a great first new car buying experience! More

Surprised I did my homework via the internet and discovered some good deals at Sullivan Honda. I decided to go there and make sure these prices actually existed. I had 4 vehicles on my list for review. Upon my arrival, 2 of my 4 were already being purchased, at the price that was listed, so they were not making up prices just to get you in the door. I was not really intending on purchasing a car the day, but after working with Nick Marut, who was both personable and professional, by answering all of my questions with facts, not "catch phrases", I then proceeded through the financing process with Tim Kulla and was able to drive home with my used, new to me, Honda that day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Honda for a fair price. More

We found the sales representatives to be kind, caring, personable and knowledgeable. We worked with Howard for our first purchase and this time with Chris Brennan and Tim Kulla. All were willing to answer every and all questions and spent as much time as we needed to ensure that we were well informed and had a superb buying experience.
