We threw him a number of curve xxxxx but he always accommodated us. Always got right back to us, even on his days off. Overall, the dealership was friendly, helpful and not phony or pushy. Great experience, stress free!! I recently leased a CRV from Sullivan Honda. I called a few other Honda dealers before calling Sullivan's. Some other dealers told me that the advertised lease deals were not real and that if I wanted to get the advertised price for the lease, I would needs to come up with thousands more at signing. Chris is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! He walked me through the process, explained everything about the car and I couldn't be happier! I did run into a problem transferring plates from another vehicle due to a previous dealership mishap, but Chris Brennan and Tim Kulla put me at ease. They issued me a dealer plate so I could leave with my new car. They resolved the problem the next day with the DMV, and I was able to have my plates put on my new Accord V6 Touring! Thanks so much to everyone at Sullivan Honda!! More
