Tim Lewis promptly checked me in and assured me they would be taken care of pretty quickly. The one item wound up taking a little longer than expected but Tim came out to the waiting area and kept me informed of the progress. It was completed in about two and a half hours which i did not think was unreasonable at all. Both Tim (Service writer) and the technician (Thomas) were very friendly and informative, Great staff to work with. Waiting room was clean with coffee and bottled soft drinks. More

Overall a good dealership, but was disappointed with my latest trip. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. When the change was complete, I was told that both my air filters were dirty and needed t latest trip. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. When the change was complete, I was told that both my air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced. When I told him that I just replaced the cabin filter, he told me that they usually change the filters at the same time. Definitely disappointed that I was being sold something I didn’t actually need. More
