Terrible. Front desk clerk Amberlyn triple charged me & said my card was declined making me feel stupid when she was wrong. Then was nonchalant about correcting the refund in a timely matter. When I called back I was still treated poorly & I should have never been charged for the oil change after the major inconvenience. More
