Completely satisfied with Lokey Nissan. I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by every member of Lokey's sales and service staff. I love my new 2018 Leaf EV, and I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by every member of Lokey's sales and service staff. I love my new 2018 Leaf EV, and the enthusiasm, knowledge and interest shown in this car by the staff — and in making sure I'm happy with my purchase — has been there right from the beginning: with Angelo Kastani in sales and most recently by Chuck Schnitker in the service dept. I am so pleased to be treated as an individual who is just as enthused by the tech as they are and just as capable of understanding it — with never a hint of condescension. This has been the best experience I've ever had, by far, in purchasing a new car. Because of every interaction since my first contact with Lokey Nissan nearly a year ago, I have complete confidence that my EV will be correctly serviced and that Lokey Nissan has my back here for the long haul, now and into my next EV purchase. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone. Brake. Check up All is ok now, need to replace my front brakes soon. Rear brakes replaced already.
