great experience duey is a straight forward honest salesman. I said get it a little lower and we got a deal and bam like that we had a brand new tundra for under sticker and under or budgeted monthly. Duey made things as smooth as possible. I forget the finance managers name but he was great as well normally that's like the final boss section of this process and that the most pushy salesman for all the extra warranty stuff. not at Phillips this guy was awesome no sales tactics and fast and efficient. overall great experience and I will be a continued customer for the service of the truck and future purchases. He made me feel like I was the most important customer there. He worked with financing and helped get me a little better deal and more for my trade in. New cars are so expensive but Dewey is so pleasant and made it that much less painful. He even took about an hour out now to show us how everything in the car works and connect our phones to the Bluetooth. I can't say enough good about Dewey. He's the best. The finance guy was great too. More

Drove out with the car in less than 3 hours! Called ahead, car was right up front when we arrived, met with salesman. Looked over & test drove the car. Came to a realistic agreement & with a hand shake a deal was struck. Looked for ways to save me money with plate transfer & best cost financing. No pressure at the signing table. Car was prepped, cleaned & filled with gas while we completed the paperwork. Drove home satisfied in 2 1/2 hours. A well spent afternoon. Thanks Anthony, Tim & James. Great work! More

I tried to buy a new Highlander in January 2025, but the dealership had nothing to offer. The salesman told me to look online and made no further effort to help me with a new car purchase. I later attempted to sell my 2019 Highlander to Phillips Toyota in August 2025 and stuck a deal with Manager Tim Moore after he examined the vehicle. He told me to bring it in the next day before 11 am in order to get a check that day. I told him it was a digital registration with the state of Florida, and he indicated that was even better. The next morning, when Tim was not present, the dealership tried to charge me $80 for the digital title because that was supposedly what the state charged. I reluctantly accepted the new , discounted amount. But after signing all the appropriate documentation, including a title transfer for the electronic registration and a power of attorney to complete the transaction, Tony Viero refused to give me a check for the purchase. He claimed he could not issue a check until they had the title, and no time frame was established as to when I would get paid. He was rude and insulting. I asked for my signed documents back and did not sell the car to them. After confirming with the DMV that the documentation I signed was sufficient for dealer transfer, I sold the elsewhere. The title cost $10, not $80, I have dealt with Phillips-Toyota for 10 years, but no more. More
