Went to Phillips Toyota on the advice of my friend who bought a Tundra there. I had first talked to Nicki who was very polite, and set an appointment to see Gagan Bajwa the next day. My friend and I met Gagan, a very nice gentleman, who asked what type vehicle I was looking for. Though being a Chevrolet truck owner, I wanted to look at some of the Toyotas, in particular a 2026 red Tundra. Only problem was I'm a senior citizen and couldn't afford a new truck. I will say that Gagan did everything he could to help make that possible, however, in the end I settled on a 2020 low mileage, one owner Chevrolet truck. We took it for a test drive, and that was it. Gagan further assisted his finance department in getting me the best deal, interest rate & warranty coverage. The whole process went smooth and everyone there was accommodating and professional, even bringing us water on that hot day in Florida. I drove it off the lot very happy, but unfortunately there was a mechanical problem, so I brought it back the next morning and service (Tanya) jumped right on it. They narrowed it down to a transmission issue, so they kept the truck and gave me a 2026 Toyota Camry to drive. I still work in construction as a superintendent so it was imperative that I get back to my work - and Phillips Toyota made that happen! Bought a lot of new and used cars, trucks, boats, etc. in my life but this dealership is extraordinary is all I can say. Worth the drive to Leesburg in Lake county. Thank you to everyone at Phillips Toyota and look forward to driving my like new truck soon! More

great experience duey is a straight forward honest salesman. I said get it a little lower and we got a deal and bam like that we had a brand new tundra for under sticker and under or budgeted monthly. Duey made things as smooth as possible. I forget the finance managers name but he was great as well normally that's like the final boss section of this process and that the most pushy salesman for all the extra warranty stuff. not at Phillips this guy was awesome no sales tactics and fast and efficient. overall great experience and I will be a continued customer for the service of the truck and future purchases. More

He made me feel like I was the most important customer there. He worked with financing and helped get me a little better deal and more for my trade in. New cars are so expensive but Dewey is so pleasant and made it that much less painful. He even took about an hour out now to show us how everything in the car works and connect our phones to the Bluetooth. I can't say enough good about Dewey. He's the best. Drove out with the car in less than 3 hours! Called ahead, car was right up front when we arrived, met with salesman. Looked over & test drove the car. Came to a realistic agreement & with a hand shake a deal was struck. Looked for ways to save me money with plate transfer & best cost financing. No pressure at the signing table. Car was prepped, cleaned & filled with gas while we completed the paperwork. Drove home satisfied in 2 1/2 hours. A well spent afternoon. Thanks Anthony, Tim & James. Great work! More
