Welcoming, straight-forward, helpful and honest I gave them a five star rating because of the entire experience. We went looking for a particular model, after being snubbed by a local dealer. Phillips Toyota had the model we were looking for, so we test drove the vehicle. We were happy with the auto, but wanted something with a few more options. So we asked the salesman, Ashley if they could pull the window sticker on another vehicle. This was in the middle of a rainstorm, about an hour before this dealership was to close. He pulled the window sticker and we talked about this. Throughout the experience, he showed us all about the vehicle, answered all our questions, was incredibly knowledgeable, and polite throughout the time we were together. The sales manager was very nice, and we reached an acceptable price for both parties. We decided to purchase the auto. The Finance department was very helpful, they informed us of a few discounts we could get, and got us a great interest rate. We were very, very happy with the experience. More
