"The buying a New Car Experience" Buying a new car is my least favorite thing to do. Although having a new car is always exciting, the process of purchasing a new car can be very stres Buying a new car is my least favorite thing to do. Although having a new car is always exciting, the process of purchasing a new car can be very stressful. I have always believed that I will always come out on the short end of the deal knowing there was always more that the dealer could of done. I went to Phillips for 2 reasons, first, when I first arrived in Florida I had trouble with my 2006 Highlander that required a new battery. I arrived there without an appointment and the friendly service staff was more than happy to assist me. I was in a bad position knowing that as soon as I shut off my car I would be stuck. What brought the experience over the top is when they told me that the battery had a dead cell and needed replacement but they did not have one available but told me that they would find one at a local distributor and if fact they did. Not only did they replace the battery but I was on my way within a hour after arriving and as I said previously, no appointment. The second reason was I was refered to the dealer from a friend who was in the market for a vechicle as well. I met Bill Mason who was not only a very knowledgable salesmen but a gentlemen as well. I was upfront and honest with him on my past experience buying cars and he returned the favor by showing me respect and addressing my concerns. We ended up buying the car and we feel that we got a fair deal and Bill made the whole process enjoyable and less stressful. I am looking forward to enjoying one of the most reliable vehicles on the road today and being part of the Phillips family. THANK YOU BILL. YOU ARE THE BEST !!! More

Also bought new warranty and he never told us how much it was or if he took off our old one just what our payment was. Some of it my fualt ,but i don't like be tricked unto things. Also your gimmick add ons from the port is a joke .Finance never showed us the figures on the finance papers just sign on the line.Which was stupid on our part More
