This time we brought along another customer because our experience with Sonny was perfect. We also like the service we've had in the past by the Service Department. Jack Jackson - Thank you! There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. Thank you Jack! Karen, Rob and Mary More

Great ride and drivability. Duey Cyr did an excellent job of explaining all my questions that I had on buying my Rav4. The best part about my test ride is his suggestion about taking the car home for a night and making sure my 95 year old father was able to get in and out with no problem. Thank Duey for taking the time for following me home to get a check and car title for my 2014 Prius I traded. Very pleased with Phillips Toyota More
