I’m loving the Crosstrek! I have a 4 year old Impreza and came to Matt Fitzgerald wanting specific things in a new car. He knew the various model and level options really well which helped me to work through my choices pretty quickly. He was able to provide down payment and monthly payment options quickly and in easy to understand terms. Once purchased he continued the great service by setting up my phone connection, remote start and walking me through the various differences between my new car and my old car. He also suggested writing down any questions I might have over the following weeks, gave me a booklet and pen to write them down and advised they would be in contact to go over them. He was the perfect salesman for me. Straightforward, precise and stayed in line with what I wanted and was able to afford. I appreciate that approach and it convinced me I was making the right choice. No buyers remorse. That’s a first! And I’ll be back. Also a quick shout out to the gentleman that walked me thru the financing paperwork. Quick. Knowledgeable, and was patient with my questions. Also first time I got the extended warranty which I NEVER do. It meets my needs and again. No buyers remorse. You guys rock! More
