I have made it my goal since I got in the business in 2003 to make every single person's car buying experience a VIP treatment. My main focus and what has allowed me to succeed is to listen to my clients wants and needs and not try to "sell" them a car but assist them in purchasing the right vehicle for them and their family. I have a beautiful wife Amy that has blessed me with 2 precious girls. Being a father is the most rewarding thing in my life and it is what pushes me to succeed every single day!!

Terrible experience. Sales guy was good, but that's his job. Lost the vehicle purchased, delayed receiving new one by months, wound up with different options, dealer attempted to up-sell after, had to redo job. Lost the vehicle purchased, delayed receiving new one by months, wound up with different options, dealer attempted to up-sell after, had to redo all paperwork-basically buying another vehicle prob to boost sales for the new month, called 4 hours ahead to do paperwork cause I was short on time, was made to wait 2 hours. Still dealing with VIN issues from banks and DMV for 2 vehicles getting confused. TERRIBLE sales experience. I went back after my last bad experience, but should have known better. More

This is the worst place I have ever bought a car from. My experience was a nightmare. I would never recommend this place to anyone or ever be back. There’s no reason this place should even be in business. Al experience was a nightmare. I would never recommend this place to anyone or ever be back. There’s no reason this place should even be in business. All their sales guys are preppy xxxx who don’t know what their doing other than ripping people off making “money” and never negotiate. I have had to bring my car back 4 times now because of their mistakes. The sales guy Ryan Rhodes was a nice guy but he was very pushy and didn’t give a xxxx what he was selling me just as long as he was making the money. I honestly wish I could give my car back and go else where. My car is horrible and my experience with you guys has been xxxx. More

I bought the car there. they had the color that I wanted, I love it ,it's a nice car ,when I need service on my car I usually bring it to Jim Butler because I feel that they would do a better job than taking I love it ,it's a nice car ,when I need service on my car I usually bring it to Jim Butler because I feel that they would do a better job than taking it to another repair shop that's just my opinion I had cars before and I brought them to repair shops don't get me wrong they do good work but I feel if you bring back the car that where you bought it from they go the extra step to make sure everything's working right.
