Best experience I ever had My experience was amazing from the time I walked in the door. I saw a few vehicles I liked on their website so I wanted to try them out. Tim Sterlin My experience was amazing from the time I walked in the door. I saw a few vehicles I liked on their website so I wanted to try them out. Tim Sterling greeted me, checked for the vehicles, took my info all within a few minutes. We were on the road test driving, talking about the features, and just having a real conversation about what I was looking for. No "how much you got or how much you looking to spend". I did not buy the vehicle that day. I slept on it. Checked around but ultimately went back because the other dealerships really put me off. That's when I realized why my coworkers recommended Klaben so much. A few days later, I went back, re-tested the one I really liked. While I was on that drive, they appraised my trade-in. When I got back, I was pleased to see a very fair price for my 12 year SUV. I knew I was at the right place with the right person. Tim Sterling got all the paperwork around quickly and Christine Klaben finished up the finances. I was in with my old vehicle and pleasantly driving away in my Ford Escape Titanium after little more than an hour. A huge thank you to the team of Tim Sterling and Christine Klaben. My buying experience was amazing. No buyers remorse! I got the right vehicle for me and my family! More
