Marked the parts up for my repair to twice what they should have cost. Tried to charge me double for labor for a grand total of $3,450 to replace a radiator. The service advisor Matthew Beair then got an attitude with me and told me I would be unable to find anything less expensive, lied to my face about the required procedure for replacement and then seemed shocked when I refused the bogus price. He acted as if I had never owned a car before and once again lied to me after I asked him where the tow hook they took out of my car was. They found it back in the shop after he repeatedly told me that it was in the car I already checked and I must have missed it. I called around and got quotes with the highest still being $600 less and the best price was sub-$1,700, all prices at other BMW dealerships. They have lost my business and my family’s business due to the blatant lies and severe lack of customer service. I have never been told that I don’t know what my own car is before. It’s obvious this person has much more going on beyond this. I feel bad for him. After all of this, I get my car back with grease stains smeared all over the beige leather on my door. I’ve cleaned it twice now and can still see the spots. More

I placed a service request through My BMW app and the time made available for a service appointment was a conflict with an existing work schedule and I called to schedule an appointment on their next av time made available for a service appointment was a conflict with an existing work schedule and I called to schedule an appointment on their next availability. I contacted customer service trying to change the time. Meanwhile, prior to calling, I had texted my service advisor and I did receive any response. I then spoke to another customer service rep to schedule an appointment and the appointment was scheduled on the Fourth of July. I was there for my appointment and come to find out that I had no such appointment on record for that time or day. I asked what date and time am I scheduled and I was advised there was nothing in the system for my vehicle and was taken in as a walk-in request. I was told to wait and I would be placed with the next available service advisor. I waited for a few minutes and a gentleman then called out for me and welcomed me to speak with him at his desk as he apologized he mentioned he would make sure I received the customer service request I originally requested. He informed me that the tire was not reserved and would make sure I had enough air in my tire and informed me that a certain person would follow up with me to schedule an appointment. With having no calls, I waited two days, and I called to follow up with my service request. As speaking with an individual that remembered speaking with me days back with regards to requesting an appointment for a nail in my tire and somehow again the ball was dropped again. Meanwhile with this being my only vehicle, facing a hectic schedule with various doctors appointments and I ended up calling myself to be disappointed again. When I called as I provided my information, this particular customer service representative remembered me and thought my request was taken cared. I had start all over again and and as treated as if it was my very first call!!! I was referred with a telephone number that I have not had over ten years! I was just there at BMW of Sarasota less than sixty days ago! I travel to work and at various times to Moffit in Tampa for my doctors appointments. I try very hard to minimize my stress. I had an upcoming appointment with Moffit and lost my confidence with BMW of Sarasota. I am always pressed for a survey but yet I was so disappointed with BMW of Sarasota of not being able to provide me with assistance when I needed them the most! I have followed through when my BMW when required for routine service and etc. Simply putting it, I tried following the process to schedule an appointment. There was no order to replace a run flat tire or a scheduled appointment for replacement. Topping it off, when I finally had an appointment as checking in and told to wait in their lobby for a service advisor to meet with me. I waited the lobby waiting area with others as various service advisor’s were calling others in person, I received a call on my cell phone and was asked if I’m here at BMW and I said what do you mean, I’m sitting right here in the lobby! Oddly, I happen to notice a representative service advisor walk close to me but turned around and goes back out the door. Next, I received a call on my cell phone. I answered and was asked if I was here at BMW? I said yes, I am. I am here sitting right in the middle of your lobby with others. How embarrassing? I felt like screaming to the top of my voice! Customer service? This is not the customer service that I am accustomed with and it was just so embarrassing that I just wanted my BMW tire replaced and what does it take for me be out of the way because it appeared too much time management over the course of two weeks of various ones for a tire replacement! More
