It took over a month to get a simple air filter change scheduled. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. The assigned "tech" apparently didn't arrive at work until 9:40 and then it took another hour an scheduled. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. The assigned "tech" apparently didn't arrive at work until 9:40 and then it took another hour and a half for them to finally get around to performing the service. I sat waiting for over two hours for what should have been a 20 minute job. More
