Chris ,one of managers is also on point and listens to his team!! Tammy was also super fun and very knowledgeable, please listen to her when she recommends that you buy the GAP insurance. I had to use my GAP a few years when my Mercedes AMG flooded and saved my butt! It covered close to 20k . Great BMW M Dealer!!! Just do your homework first ;), come prepared for your meeting and spell your expectations beforehand. I am extremely happy with my last purchase, a 2020 M4 CS !!! Great people, but took so long to get the deal done. Over 6 hours. Also car was owned by a smoker and I had to request the cleaning.
