Loved it! Tim introduced us to his sales manager, Robert Real, who ran numbers for my trade in and the price of my lease. He was down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We were introduced to the General Manager, Emilio Torres, as we were leaving. He greeted us and was extremely gracious and friendly. We're very happy with the auto, the free maintenance, free car washes, the professionalism, honesty and attention we received from Sarasota BMW. We highly recommend them. More

When those were declined the 1.99% was removed and reverted back to 2.99%. I hate these dealership games that make the whole buying experience miserable. The $999 dealer fee should be enough profitability above and beyond the vehicle markup. More
