I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

New car buying experience was vey pleasant, Shaun and the rest of the Smythe Team are great, especially the Service Center. Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable, right down to helping me get through to rest of the Smythe Team are great, especially the Service Center. Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable, right down to helping me get through to my insurance company by finding an alternate phone that was answered in less than a minute so I could get insurance coverage on the vehicle. I leased a car three years ago and dinner has been my service advisor Dina And the staff have always gone above and beyond. When my wheel insurance was close to finishes she suggested sending in the whee service advisor Dina And the staff have always gone above and beyond. When my wheel insurance was close to finishes she suggested sending in the wheels for repair. When I left my car overnight I always counted on her call in the early morning with every detail. She was very pleasant to work with and just a nice person who I completely trusted. I would come back to Volvo for her. I often spoke to Tina who was also helpful and kind. More
