I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

I've never been to this dealership but it was close to my work. My 2018, S60 developed a leak under the radiator and I brought it in there because it is still under warranty. They took me in early, drove m work. My 2018, S60 developed a leak under the radiator and I brought it in there because it is still under warranty. They took me in early, drove me to work, kept me posted about the diagnosis and progress of the repairs and then picked me up and brought me back to get my car. Michael Watson and the team were wonderful; friendly, courteous and professional. The work was done including a safety recall that I had forgotten about and the car was even washed! A great dealership and when I'm ready for another Volvo, I'm definitely checking them out. Kudos to everyone at Smythe. More
