I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

Tom fixed my tire issue right away. He was kind, caring, professional and was able to have a new tire replaced in a timely manner. Smythe Volvo for the win! Excellent service. Dennis Jeffers my service advisor always goes above and beyond to help me with my 2000 Volvo V70. He's incredibly accommodating.
