I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

Service people great, car not so much I've had several problems with my new 2017 XC90 and needed to visit service on numerous occasions. They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping I've had several problems with my new 2017 XC90 and needed to visit service on numerous occasions. They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping, but many of the problems came back. I was told it was software issues. Regina went out of her way to help several times. It's nice to feel like you care and you're not just a number. This would be a 5 star review if I had been told the first time there may be updates needed again in the future. You don't buy a $60k car and expect anything needing work, but this is a service review and not the car. So service was friendly and helpful. My only problem is that I think they should let me know when there are updates rather than waiting for me to call them with another problem. Other good things is they clean the car, and if I can't get there they pick up/drop off. More

Excellent and Friendly Service for almost 15 Years! I have gone to Smythe Volvo for all service, since I bought my car there in 2002. I have never been disappointed. The service department does their best to accommodate my schedule and offer a loaner when I need it. They are friendly, customer-focused, and provide reliable and TRUSTWORTHY service. They have kept my S60 running smoothly all these years. I have 143K miles and still love the car and the fact that I can take it over to Smythe for excellent care. Kudos to the whole Service Department. Keep up the great work! More

STUCK AT SHORT HILLS MALL I was Christmas's shopping at the short hills mall and my Volvo got stuck with a flat tire I called the 800 number and they towed me to Smythe Volvo I was Christmas's shopping at the short hills mall and my Volvo got stuck with a flat tire I called the 800 number and they towed me to Smythe Volvo around the Conner it was late afternoon when I arrived ,I was meet by the service manager Allen who assured me they will get a new tire on my car and get me and my little ones home safe the staff was great nick, tony Dennis and Tom, Doug they made sure a service person stayed to replace my tire something my dealer said they could not do for me, you now have a customer for life I LOVE THIS PLACE.
