Since 1994. I have purchased three cars from Smythe Volvo, in 1994, 2004 and 2017, and the experience has been fantastic. Starting with purchasing my three cars from Chris Henriksen, to receiving great service from Tom Coward, Doug MacAdam and Tina Dewald, along with many others who I do not know by name, I can only say that I have been thrilled with the professional attention I have received during the past 23 years. The quality of the vehicles goes without saying. My 1994 Volvo, a wagon, was sold with over 200,000 miles, after traveling to California with my son and his young family. My 2004 Volvo, a cross country wagon, was recently sold with just under 155,000 miles. My latest recent purchase was a 2017 XC60. I am looking forward to driving my new car for at least 200,000 miles! The people who work at the Smythe Volvo Dealership can be described as professionals who pay careful attention to all details. What more could a consumer ask? More

They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping, but many of the problems came back. I was told it was software issues. Regina went out of her way to help several times. It's nice to feel like you care and you're not just a number. This would be a 5 star review if I had been told the first time there may be updates needed again in the future. You don't buy a $60k car and expect anything needing work, but this is a service review and not the car. So service was friendly and helpful. My only problem is that I think they should let me know when there are updates rather than waiting for me to call them with another problem. Other good things is they clean the car, and if I can't get there they pick up/drop off. More
