I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

They're always polite and receptive and they explain things in a way that makes sense to me. The workshop is always very clean which I like. In addition to the regular maintenance they detailed my car and it looks fantastic inside and out. I really recommend it. More

Unexpectedly better than the best service ever. Long time patron of this dealership, my family had bought over 5 vehicles here. All serviced and maintained by the staff. My most recent purchase came days after an accident involving one of the above mentioned vehicles. The transaction and negotiation was pleasant, the attention was very personal and I felt well taken care of. Then the car suffered a problem with the crank case ventilation and the breather box and while I had bought the car “as is” the team at Smythe (Tina, Mike, and Dina included) notified me that an otherwise 1500$ repair would be done for me gratis. This is a top tier service and products supplier of all things Volvo and I want those guys and everyone out there in Internet land to know that you can go other places, but you would be wasting your time. More

Excellent Work Andreaus did excellent work applying the pin stripe detailing to our car. He also followed up by buffing out some scratches on the trunk of the car. Great service Doug McAdam and Tina Dewald made this process very easy. I came in for a tune up and was out in an hour. Since 1994. I have purchased three cars from Smythe Volvo, in 1994, 2004 and 2017, and the experience has been fantastic. Starting with purchasing my three cars f I have purchased three cars from Smythe Volvo, in 1994, 2004 and 2017, and the experience has been fantastic. Starting with purchasing my three cars from Chris Henriksen, to receiving great service from Tom Coward, Doug MacAdam and Tina Dewald, along with many others who I do not know by name, I can only say that I have been thrilled with the professional attention I have received during the past 23 years. The quality of the vehicles goes without saying. My 1994 Volvo, a wagon, was sold with over 200,000 miles, after traveling to California with my son and his young family. My 2004 Volvo, a cross country wagon, was recently sold with just under 155,000 miles. My latest recent purchase was a 2017 XC60. I am looking forward to driving my new car for at least 200,000 miles! The people who work at the Smythe Volvo Dealership can be described as professionals who pay careful attention to all details. What more could a consumer ask? More
