I made an appoiment to bring my Lexus RCF in for front brakes on 10/06/2022. They told me they didn't have the parts to complete the repair. They gave me a loaner and stated that it would be ready in the brakes on 10/06/2022. They told me they didn't have the parts to complete the repair. They gave me a loaner and stated that it would be ready in the morning. I arrived at 10:00 A.M. the next morning to pick up my vechicle and they stated it was not ready. It then took the dealer half an hour to find my paperwork. I asked why they didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know that it would not be ready. They stated they didn't know why no one had called me. I feel that was very unprofessional. I am a real estate appraiser and had to complete inspection. I told the service representative the loaner did not have navigation and he stated the original service coordinator was off and it would take a long time to change loaners. Again very unprofessional. Had I known my vehicle would not be ready I would have taken my wifes Lexus RX350 which has navigation so that I could complete my appraisal work that day. Prior to this experience I made an appointment to take my Lexus RCF in on 09/13/2022 for an oil change and instruct the dealer to change the oil and don't wash the car, which took almost two hours to complete. Over all I feel that the dealership is very unprofessional. I will not be purchasing or servicing a vehicle from this dealer again. More

From the moment I had contacted this dealership from Cars.com, I had been treated with respect and like family. So much so that I thought nothing of the the almost 3 hour drive across the state in order Cars.com, I had been treated with respect and like family. So much so that I thought nothing of the the almost 3 hour drive across the state in order to make a purchase. The dealership was clean and very Professional looking as what you would only expect from Lexus. The team went well above in explaining all the high tech gadgets and equipment to this old salt. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this team to anyone. More
