Tenika Wright Carman Ford was the LAST place I'd think to come because of my financial situation and credit history. However, a friend of mine told me to go there Carman Ford was the LAST place I'd think to come because of my financial situation and credit history. However, a friend of mine told me to go there and ask for Jordan but i was unable to make it at that time. I went the next morning but Jordan wasn't there so he got me connected with Mike Edmunds. Long story short, after about 6 hours negotiating with the bank and test driving a couple of cars, i drove off in a 2012 Ford Fusion and got a GREAT warranty added on! I can't thank God, Todd and Bob enough for all that they had done for me because i know it was a hassle trying to get me into a car. Special thanks to Mike as well for being so patient and kind throughout the day. I can see why Mt grandparents still deal with Carman Ford after 30+ years! More

Everyone there was extremely helpful and informative. The sales manager Todd and the sales associate Nick were very thorough and made the car buying process simple and enjoyable. This was by far the best car buying experience i have had. On top of having great sales associates, their service department is great! The Service manager Paul was very helpful and informative. We were flying into Phildalephia from Ohio and Dan agreed to hold the car and pick us up at the airport. He even pointed out a few sights along the way back. I found them to be honest, up front and courteous. Every flaw that the car had he made sure I was aware of and took care of a few that were most concerning. It was simple, easy and quick. The flight took longer! Along the way Dan called to make sure we arrived back safely and everyone we dealt with was great. More

Lindsey in internet was great and sent me all the information I requested about the 2015 Mustangs you had in stock. I found the car I wanted, my salesman Greg got me a great price and after talking with Dan in financing and getting a few questions I had cleared up, I got the deal I was looking for. I also want to thank Todd for taking care of a few minor issues for me and having my new Mustang looking great when I picked it up. You guys are a great team!!
