Mike Krul was exceptional in showing us the workings of the 2013 Ford Fusion. He then took us for drive in the new vehicle. He sat with us and went over pricing and rebates that were being offered. I traveled from New York to purchase my new Ford Explorer. It just turned out that this dealership had the exact model and options I was looking for. I was communicating with Walt Gatling prior to making the trip down and I had a good feeling before I even met him. Let's me just say, my trip was totally worth it. In fact, this was probably the best car experience I ever had. They made the process so easy, took the time to go over my new vehicle with me and the trading in of the Honda was painless. No games.
