I have lived in Delaware since 1998, originally from a small town in upstate NY. After High School I entered the United States Air Force where I had a distinguished and rewarding career as a K-9 handler. After 10 years of serving my country and receiving an honorable discharge, I made the hard choice to start a new career, which enabled me to spend more time with my wife and two boys. I enjoy working for this dealership and have been a Ford Truck guy all my life!

I can't think of anything else that the folks at Carman Lincoln could have done for us. Their friendliness and individual expertise made the entire process hassle free. They made themselves aware of our situation and what our goals and needs were in going forward. They offered up a deal that far exceeded our best expectations and tailored a deal that fit us perfectly. We were truly amazed at the way they put us into a brand new Lincoln MKC. This is our second Lincoln from Carman and there was a good reason we came back. They can certainly count on future repeat business from us. I would like to specifically acknowledge the folks that made this all possible and a special thank you to them: Doug Walton our salesman, Frank Azan and Todd Brabender who helped get everything done and Bob Hepner in Finance who took care of all the necessary paperwork. Too bad they only rank with 5-Stars because as far as we're concerned you earned everyone plus much much more. I am a Long Time Ford Owner, We had always bought at the same local dealer over the past 20 years. Decided to step out of my comfort zone and try "Carman Ford" who I knew had been around for years. The dealership had a very good selection of new & leftover trucks. I have nothing but very good things to say about my experience. I would highly recommend giving Carman the opportunity to earn your business. My experience started with the salesman, Tom. He was very nice, easy going and not even close to being the "car salesman" we all dread dealing with. Tom listened and understood what type of truck I was looking for, and how much I was willing to spend on top of my trade in. The negotiating process was very cordial, as the negotiating process moved along it eventually included the sales manager, Todd. He too was very friendly, working with me to get the price down to what I wanted to pay. I never felt pressured, or felt like they were trying to confuse me with numbers. The finance / warranty guy, Dan - he was just as friendly. When puchasing the extended waranty, (which I wanted to do, not talked into it) Dan tooked my annual mileage into consideration to get me the best "bang for my buck" under the extended waranty program. Finishing up the purchase, I must say that Tom was by far the most thorough salesman I have ever dealt with at going over all the features of my new F-150 truck. Usually I know more about the vehicles I am buying then the salesman usually does, but not this time. This was a very good buying experience all around. I have already recommended the dealership and specifically Tom to family members and friends. More

I went to Carman Ford to do my due diligence never intending on purchasing a vehicle in the same day. Tom Guido, my sales rep was an absolute gentleman and very patient in allowing me to take my time intending on purchasing a vehicle in the same day. Tom Guido, my sales rep was an absolute gentleman and very patient in allowing me to take my time in deciding between the Taurus and the Edge. It only took two different negotiations to agree upon a trade-in price and the price of the new vehicle. I left the same day with a new 2013 Ford Edge. Also, I took my car back 3 days later to have a pinstripe added and I was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this car dealership. More

We have bought four trucks from this particular dealership in the past since 1998. We have always had a very pleasant experience. We decided that it was time for our fifth vehicle and did not hesit dealership in the past since 1998. We have always had a very pleasant experience. We decided that it was time for our fifth vehicle and did not hesitate to show up at Carman Ford. We did not even think about going anywhere else but Carman. From the moment that we showed up, everyone was very helpful and informative! Tom really took his time to go over everything with us and get us the best possible deal. Todd did an excellent job by putting the truck package together that we ended up purchasing. My wife fell in love with this particular truck and did not even want to look at another model. Bob was great by working with us on holding the truck for us and is a man of his word. It was a pleasure working with Dan on the final paperwork for our purchase. I would have to say that from start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. I would love to do it all over again with the same people. Thank you for the great experience! Job well done! More

Offer sheets was easy to read, straight forward and started at a very good price right out of the gate (NOT the..here is the MSRP first offer). Jacob was very easy to deal with, he was very informed on features and spent as much time as I required going over the ton of options, buttons and switches they have on these cars now. I'm a long time Ford buyer, first purchase at Carman and they did everything to make sure I will return for future purchases. More

I was a return customer. I got an excellent deal on a new Expedition in 2004 (the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned) so I returned and got an excellent deal on a 2013 Explorer as I wanted to downsi new Expedition in 2004 (the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned) so I returned and got an excellent deal on a 2013 Explorer as I wanted to downsize just a bit. The staff at Carman couldn't be nicer or more attentive. They seem to really care. I'd rate them 10 out of 10 and would recommend this dealer to anyone. More
