I began working with Crown in 1995, although I’ve been with Audi since 1999. I have one son, whom I enjoy spending time with, as well as fishing and riding my Harley.

I shared my very specific requirements with Van Cabral, who kept an eye out for a car that met those criteria. Van was down to earth, very attentive and professional. As soon as he found a car close to I was looking for he reached out, and along with Ted, they kindly accommodated my needs so I could get exactly what I wanted. I am now the happy owner of an Audi A4 that is more than what I expected! Van was such a pleasure to work with and made the process super easy. Waiting and wondering We took our car in for repairs on Dec. 10. We required a oil flange gasket and O ring replacement. . The repair was made and something went wrong. W We took our car in for repairs on Dec. 10. We required a oil flange gasket and O ring replacement. . The repair was made and something went wrong. We were told that the O ring was damaged and so they had to repeat the work. A one day job turned into a disaster; the repair leaked oil onto the engine and the repair had to be redone. Upon receiving the car, I found that there were paint bubbles around the valve covers. Pointing out this fresh bubble to the service advisor, Shawn., I was told it was nothing. My concern was that the engine may have been damaged by overheating upon the loss of oil. I contacted a mechanic and was told that the use of a degreaser on a hot engine would be a likely cause for a blistering of the paint. I brought this concern up to the service advisor Shawn but he denied that any kind of degreaser had been used for my car. He simply said all cars get that. The bubbles were so fresh that it was flexible as I gently pressed it to show him otherwise. So, although we were informed that the first O ring failed upon driving the car to another branch, (for other repairs), and that the oil leaked onto the engine, which then had to be cleaned, this was not done using a power wash or degreaser according to the advisor. In the end, we got the car back Dec, 22. The only saving grace was that we had a courtesy car for the entire time. More
