Also, did not offer a copy of the Carfax, which would have been nice to have at the time (note, I subsequently went online and paid $40 to get the Carfax myself). I am happy with my car, but reflecting on the whole experience, it seems like he just wanted to make a sale and didn't go the extra mile to do a thorough walk around of the car or to review a lot of its features. Mark Anderson was excellent and informed me of a few things that Bill should have but didn't. More
