Recommendation wise the answer is maybe rather than No. I personally would tell buyer to review all paperwork. Although the deception pissed me the warranties likely will prove to be beneficial in the long run. The most costly was the wrap warranty that was nearly 3200 basically takes my Kia manufacturer warranties from 3yr, 5yr, and 10yr to 10, 10, and 10 years. Also, Kia’s comes with 3 year roadside service is now 7yrs. The second warranty covers the key fobs, tires, rims, and windshield which is a good investment. More

They sold me a 2018 Land Rover that had a windshield recall on it, was obviously leaking, and it sat on their lot for 38 days. If it was only on their lot for a few days, I could understand that maybe recall on it, was obviously leaking, and it sat on their lot for 38 days. If it was only on their lot for a few days, I could understand that maybe they didnt know it had a severely leaking windshield, but it was on their lot for 38 days. They did not disclose this information to me, but fortunately the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in Schaumburg took care of me and fixed the windshield recall free of charge. This step could have been avoided if Schaumburg Kia did their due diligence on car recalls on their used car lot. A simple run on the vin number of a car will indicate all recalls. Hard to trust moving forward. More

I am a recent widow and my son came with me to buy my first new car. My son spoke with a woman the night before telling her we knew what car we wanted and we were told we could get it for the sticker pr first new car. My son spoke with a woman the night before telling her we knew what car we wanted and we were told we could get it for the sticker price. She said the car was just being delivered that night. We got there the next morning around noon. We met with Juan who said the Kia Sorento we wanted just came off the truck and he would bring it around for us. When he did there was another sticker on the vehicle for $8000 more than the sticker price for a special coating on the inside & outside that is put on each vehicle that comes in. We weren't told about that and we weren't about to pay it. The car vehicle was filthy and there was still plastic on the inside and it was obvious that no coating had been put on the car. We told Juan that we were prepared to pay cash and take the car that day, but if we had to pay the $8000 we were just going to leave. Juan went in the back somewhere to talk to whoever the salesmen always go to talk to, and came back to say we could have the car for the sticker price minus my trade-in. Nothing was ever mentioned again about the coating not being done. We made the purchase and I'm happy with the Sorento. Just wanted to point out what happened. More
