I was in and out in 45 minutes though told it would be a little over an hour. The waiting area was very pleasant with all the amenities. The people were all very friendly and the price was fair. I was given a report of everything that was checked and a heads up on something that might need service in the future...no surprises. When I got in my car there was a card from the owner asking me to let him know if I had any concerns about my service (I had none). A candy cane was taped to the card. I highly recommend Acura of Columbus. More
