I always receive fast, courteous, reliable service. I have been a customer of Acura of Columbus over 25 yrs. Their service dept. is one of the important reasons I wouldn't go anyplace else. Everyone is so friendly right up to the moment you drive up and the greeters are their welcoming me and escorting me into the service entry. More

If the over-the-top performance on my first service visit was simply a one-time attempt at a good first impression, I’d have understood. But I’ve learn this is just how they do it every day. Dwayne Turner (sales) and Adam Hannah (Finance), my previous Sales Associate, made the purc My wife, Diane just purchased a certified 2016 Acura ILX. Dwayne Turner (sales) and Adam Hannah (Finance), my previous Sales Associate, made the purchase pleasant. They are both very professional and friendly. Jamie Meredith, one of the Service Advisors came through the showroom and addressed me by name and spoke to my wife & I for a few minutes. It just feels like family at this dealership. This is the third Acura that we have purchased from Acura Columbus due to three factors, other than we like the looks & quality of Acuras: 1. Great professional treatment and comfortable environment while purchasing a car; 2, Great treatment from the Check in Attendants & the Service Advisors and Larry Jones the Service Advisor Manager. Then having quality work done by the Service Techs & dealing with Joyce Garrett at the check out counter is very pleasant.; 3. The overall feeling of friendliness any time you come into the dealership, whether for a car wash, service or car purchase. Great customer service !!! I stopped by because my taillight was not working and Todd immediately assisted!!! Someone from the service department came out to do a quick ch !!! I stopped by because my taillight was not working and Todd immediately assisted!!! Someone from the service department came out to do a quick check to see exactly which lights were not working! Todd then had the car checked in to determine if it was a fuse! After 20 minutes it was determined that the service department needed more time and I was set up with a loaner so that I could go to a meeting!! Thanks More
