I had a fantastic experience today leading my 3rd vehicle through Preston. The first two times around there were a few mishaps/miscommunications and I could tell everyone I worked with today was determined t through Preston. James and Tom both went above and beyond to be accommodating, efficient and so helpful in making this process a smooth one. James did a great job finding me exactly what I wanted and working to get me the best deal. Tom was awesome once I came in, he took all the time necessary to go over every feature of my new car and make sure to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable and would happily refer family or friends to work with them as well. More

Came For the holidays open to get a car while I was there for my nephew. Everyone is friendly at the dealership and nice and the money machine we were cool for at niece to do. They were even willing to let me use the loaner car to use it to go out of town If we couldnt find a car before I needed to go. They stayed over Saturday hour and a 1/2 past closing. To find something I like in my price range along with getting me a lower interest rate. It was very thoughtful that Tom left his card with a $2 bill in my gas tank.
