They made me feel at ease during a stressful time and made it a pleasant experience. James spent a lot of time answering my questions and tailored a service contract to only purchase the things I wanted. I was able to negotiate a fair deal I am comfortable with and I am very happy with my new vehicle. I appreciated the car being re-detailed, upgraded floor mats and the fun experience of the Kia cash machine. My only concern was that the car was being used to run errands when I came to test drive it even though I booked an appointment to test drive that car the day before. I've also been very satisfied with the service department over the last 6 years servicing my old Kia. I always request Chase to work on it because he is such an excellent mechanic. More
