Purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento, from Preston Kia, in Burton. I haven't been to a dealership in over 20 yrs., because of the usual hastle. My experience at Preston was amazing. My salesman, Tom Barrett, was friendly, professional, honest and made me feel at ease. I explained what I wanted and my 'target' price. Tom found this Sorento on the lot. I just drove it back and forth to Columbus on Saturday, 9/12. With Tom's instructions, I was able to link my phone , with Google Maps, to the vehicle. This car rides smoother than some more expensive SUV's. I drive for Classic Mini, BMW and Lexus. I have driven cars that are priced 3 times higher than this Kia, and I can say honestly, I'm glad I made the trip down to Burton. Thank You Tom Barrett, for making my car buying experience so easy.
