The best experience ever in buying a car!!!! This was our first experience with Lexus of Wayzata and what a pleasure it was! John Mac is THE BEST !!!!! From the initial meeting to the minute we walked out the door with our new vehicle, we were so well taken care of. They thoroughly explained everything about our vehicle and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend going to Lexus of Wayzata to all of our family and friends. It doesn't make me an expert but certainly gives me incite into a good and/or bad experience. Most of my experiences would probably be rated a 3+ on a 0-5 scale. I must admit this is the only time I honestly could rate our purchase a 5+ for so many reasons. Lexus of Wayzata is an awesome and friendly facility. Ownership, sales and finance made us feel like we were family. John MacEachern, better known as "Mac", assists in every way possible. I would sing his praises and all of this listed to anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. More
