The second reason we are longtime customers at Acura Columbus is the Service Mgr Larry Jones and the service department. The service department does an outstanding job and is well trained and qualified to keep your Acura running forever (2013 RDX with 262000 miles and still runs great) upgrading to a. MDX we need more space. Thank you to Acura Columbus for making the vehicle shopping / purchasing experience a pleasant one . You are the reason we keep coming back. Andrew was great. Probably the best car salesman I have dealt with. Not pushy. Allowed time to process information and answered questions directly as best he could. My wife and I purchased a 2025 Acura RDX from Acura of Columbus this month. After some initial shortcomings in the detailing of our new car the General Sales Mgr. I am so impressed with the staff at Columbus Acura. Tyler went out of his way to bring the car to us and go over it from head to toe and thoroughly explained each of the details.
