Spent a great deal of time with us and at the conclusion of our conversation we decided to purchase a new vehicle. Also want to mention that we met with Adam in the finance department. . This is the second car I have purchased from Acura Columbus. My first was the 2019 RDX which with being a new model year can be a bit of a gamble until they work all the kinks out. I experienced quite a few issues and their service team handled them as professionally as possible. Jami Meredith in service became my go to person, not something you usually want to have with a brand new car but none-the-less she always responded quickly and professionally which as much help as she could be. With the service experience I had and the fact that I liked the RDX if it didn't have new model issues, I let them know of my disappointment and they (Tom Cole and Antonio Gonzalez) worked with me to get a fair deal on a new glitch-free 2021 RDX (fingers crossed). My salesperson, Antonio was newer to the Acura team but definitely proved he was in the service business to give customers a great experience and not just to sell cars. He had the same professionalism as the rest of the team and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy any car from this dealership. More
