Finance Department was quick to respond to emails that allowed me to share what I was looking for. When I had to cancel my appointment due to being out of town, staff worked with me to reschedule and have allowed me to share what I was looking for. First class service all the way through the process. When i test drove information was shared about the vehicle that was helpful in the deciding process. There were never any pressure sales. More

My wife and I came to the Acura Columbus dealership for service on our 2014 MDX. We only intended to take a test drive of the 2022 MDX. We were introduced to Sam by Tom Cole. Sam did an outstanding job of service on our 2014 MDX. We only intended to take a test drive of the 2022 MDX. We were introduced to Sam by Tom Cole. Sam did an outstanding job of explaining and demonstrating, in detail, the features on the new 2022 MDX. We were so impressed with his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Spent a great deal of time with us and at the conclusion of our conversation we decided to purchase a new vehicle. Also want to mention that we met with Adam in the finance department. . He was also very easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. Finally, I can’t say enough about Tom Cole and the way he helped us navigate what can be a fairly complex process. I am genuinely impressed with the entire operation. More

This is the second car I have purchased from Acura Columbus. My first was the 2019 RDX which with being a new model year can be a bit of a gamble until they work all the kinks out. I experienced quite Columbus. My first was the 2019 RDX which with being a new model year can be a bit of a gamble until they work all the kinks out. I experienced quite a few issues and their service team handled them as professionally as possible. Jami Meredith in service became my go to person, not something you usually want to have with a brand new car but none-the-less she always responded quickly and professionally which as much help as she could be. With the service experience I had and the fact that I liked the RDX if it didn't have new model issues, I let them know of my disappointment and they (Tom Cole and Antonio Gonzalez) worked with me to get a fair deal on a new glitch-free 2021 RDX (fingers crossed). My salesperson, Antonio was newer to the Acura team but definitely proved he was in the service business to give customers a great experience and not just to sell cars. He had the same professionalism as the rest of the team and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy any car from this dealership. More

Just bought my third Acura from Acura Columbus. Treg and Tom did a great job in sales and Clay and Larry have always been terrific in service over the years.
