The staff worked together to seamlessly keep me updated weekly on my car's build status and delivery timeline. I interacted with at least 5 different people and ALL of them were great to work with. My car was built and delivered in March. Sam McHale handled the final process/paperwork/delivery and did an incredible job. We're very happy with the experience and are loving the car! Considering the stories we've read about car purchases during the current supply-chain situation, we were worried about the process - but Acura Columbus did a great job. Thank you! More

Tom, the sales manager, made the negotiating process smooth- no games- low pressure and hassle free. There was mutual respect between Francesco, Tom and I resulting in win win for all parties. Peyton the finance manager offered me package options that actually made sense. He was straight forward and not pushy. He also took time to understand my needs and customized a package for me.
