I was so pleased with everything about this dealership. It was top notch. Mike DiFrancisco was especially helpful in getting me into exactly the car I wanted. Sales Manager Tom D’allessandro had to intervene after Flavio demonstrated incompetence regarding his knowledge of the vehicle he was attempting to sell us, and flagrant dishonesty regarding the value of Flavio demonstrated incompetence regarding his knowledge of the vehicle he was attempting to sell us, and flagrant dishonesty regarding the value of the vehicle we were trading in and the policies of the dealership all while under the guise of touting his years of experience and integrity which he clearly lacks! Tom demonstrated superior managerial skills and swift diplomacy. He turned the deal over to Mike DiFrancisco who couldn’t have been better to work with! Mike’s an exemplary salesman in all regards! He has a winning immediacy, kindness and knew about every aspect of the vehicle and the purchasing process! Mike Nelson was a pleasure to work with!
