I was very apprehensive about buying a used car. You hear lots of horror stories. People warned me about all the tricks: good cop/bad bop, the bait and switch, etc. I'm happy to report that absolute You hear lots of horror stories. Mark Lidano was very straightforward, extremely helpful, and very personable. And the folks in the finance department were also very forthcoming and easy to deal with.
