I worked with Alex B. who was helpful. Only issue was the remote start was back ordered so have to wait for that. Also a Subaru issue - had a hard time finding a Crosstrek who was helpful. Only issue was the remote start was back ordered so have to wait for that. Also a Subaru issue - had a hard time finding a Crosstrek with the exact features. Didn't want a moonroof. But other packages without one may not have the winter package that I did want. So didn't get exactly what I wanted. But have had the car for a week and love it so far. Getting used to all the new electronics and safety features. But love this model of the Subaru line overall. More

I have been a customer with North End Subaru/Mazda since 1987. This was my 7th Vehicle. I ordered a Subaru Ascent Touring with all the bells and whistles and it' exceeded my expectations. Mike Pinto takes customer service to another level and I he delivered. Bob Waite is kind and patient. No pushy salesman, just great attention to detail and great service. Thank you for the great experience. My insurance company could have been more punctual, but it was worth the wait ;) More
