I worked with Alex B. who was helpful. Only issue was the remote start was back ordered so have to wait for that. Also a Subaru issue - had a hard time finding a Crosstrek who was helpful. But other packages without one may not have the winter package that I did want. So didn't get exactly what I wanted. But have had the car for a week and love it so far. Getting used to all the new electronics and safety features. But love this model of the Subaru line overall. More
