Tom was very kind, and the service was completed the next day by when they said it would be done. I was contacted several times asking if everything was okay and if I needed anything else. Great experience as always and would strongly recommend this dealership. More

He covers everything well, and when he calls for updates it is always clear, helpful and detailed. Even if I get bad news - like more service needed - Tom makes is so much less painful!
