The people and service have been consistently excellent and expensive (consistent with my expectations); however, the car wash facility is horribly under-engineered, closes every time the temperature is be and expensive (consistent with my expectations); however, the car wash facility is horribly under-engineered, closes every time the temperature is below 45 degrees (or for no reason whatsoever) and routinely takes from 30-45 minutes (way too long for a quick exterior only wash). I have called to check if it was open before driving there - only to find that it is closed when I arrived 10-15 minutes later, leaving me angry and frustrated. I have waited for over an hour on multiple occasions for no good reason. By contrast, BMW just a few blocks away turns around cars in about 15 minutes no matter how long the line may be. A good friend that has also owned 3 Mercedes told me that I would HATE the car wash service before I bought my first care there; he was absolutely correct. More

I spent almost $7k in 3 days in the dealership for s580. When i picked up the car the car wasn't clean, and John Morsy told me i needed to replace the car's air filter. I told him it was okay. I just bought the car and did not need all the works and definitely did not need new wiper blades and they did not put any fluid in the window washer tank!
