Charles in sales answered so many of our questions, spent a ton of time going from car to car, explaining the different features and showed me the technology (which needed a lot of explaining for me to understand and he was so patient). He made the process so easy and I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much buying a car!! We ended up buying a car and we couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks, Charles!!! More

Fantastic customer service all around! Halleen KIA particularly our sales agent Jim recently went above and beyond to make sure I got into a reliable car. After buying a used 2006 Ford Fus Halleen KIA particularly our sales agent Jim recently went above and beyond to make sure I got into a reliable car. After buying a used 2006 Ford Fusion that turned out to have transmission issues that Halleen could not have screened for, the service department and the sales department worked with me to immediately try to fix the problem even though the car was purchased "as is" with no warranty so they could have just left me to deal with a new transmission on my own. Ultimately when it turned out that the car needed a whole new transmission Jim worked with the dealership to arrange a full refund instead of going through the hastle of the repair which went towards a much newer and reliable KIA Rio without any hastle or headache. I can not thank Jim and the whole team enough for what they did to make the situation right when they really had no obligation to do anything for the "as is" vehicle. I would definitely revoked this dealership and Jim for anybody looking for a new car without the pressure or hastle!! More
